Meal Plan Monday- March 18
I forgot to post this yesterday, so here goes our menu planning for the week:
Monday, (Which already happened. Captain Obvious reporting, here.)
Chicken & veggie stir-fry. Sauteed red, orange and yellow peppers, onions, mushrooms, snap peas, carrot shreds and chicken in coconut oil, a bit of gluten-free soy sauce and a dash of Worchestire sauce. Salt and pepper lightly.
Tuesday: (Eating at Casa Coelho)
I’m told we are having taco salad. YUM.
Paleo beef stew. Which really means a beef stew using sweet potatoes instead of white potatoes, and coconut oil as the fat. And no butters or thickeners. And 100% delicious.
Thursday (Eating at Casa Senecal.)
Don’t know what we’re having, but I’m gonna guess something with either shrimp or chicken, lots of veggies, and a good salad
BFD. (Breakfast for Dinner)
Gluten-free protein pancakes. Egg scramble w/ veggies (peppers, chopped asparagus, mushrooms, HOT SAUCE) . Nitrate-free, uncured bacon.
Saturday & Sunday
Fly by the seat of our pants. Which really means we hit up our parents again.
